GetPronto Terms of Service (Beta)

GetPronto audits websites and compiles machine-readable layers so that websites are readily understood, cited, and transacted with by autonomous AI systems. The service is currently in closed beta with invite-only access.

Access to the management dashboard and edge publishing is limited to waitlist-approved domains and invited users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion in cases of abuse or policy violations.

• The GetPronto agentic readiness scanner audits only publicly accessible technical data and resources, operating strictly in read-only mode subject to rate limits. • Users agree not to circumvent rate limits, not to overload third-party infrastructure, and to audit domains they own or have legitimate interest in reviewing publicly accessible information. • Unlawful usage, automated abusive scraping, or attempting to compromise third-party systems is strictly prohibited.

Scores, diagnostics, and AI-suggested remediations are indicative guidelines. GetPronto does not warrant specific commercial outcomes (such as guaranteed rankings or traffic increases in third-party agent systems).

As a service in active beta, features may be modified, improved, or temporarily interrupted. Continuous uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed during the beta stage.

Our data collection and processing practices are fully outlined in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetPronto and ProxLabZ shall not be liable for any indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the audit suggestions.

The GetPronto platform, agent layer compiler, and trademarks belong to ProxLabZ. All trademarks, content, and branding on your audited domain remain solely your property.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as the product transitions toward general availability. Updated terms will be posted directly to this page.
