GetPronto Privacy Policy

GetPronto is developed and operated by the brand ProxLabZ as an active beta project. The data controller is ProxLabZ, reachable via official email at hello@getpronto.site. Commercial transactions and paid memberships are processed via Whop acting as Merchant of Record.

• Waitlist: your business email address and signup timestamp. • Website scan: the domain name you provide and publicly accessible technical structure excerpts required to assess agent readiness (e.g. presence of llms.txt, HTTP headers, semantic schemas). The scan is 100% free and requires no credit card; submitting an email address is optional on the direct public API and requested on the web interface only if you wish to receive the full diagnostic report and track waitlist priority. • Technical telemetry: IP address and ephemeral HTTP request headers processed at the edge by Cloudflare strictly for security and abuse mitigation. • Error diagnostics: technical exception reports configured to omit passwords, cookies, or sensitive PII.

Your email is used solely to deliver your audit report and notify you when access becomes available. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact info for third-party marketing. Technical telemetry is used exclusively to maintain service stability and security.

To generate technical readiness assessments, public technical excerpts of the domain may be processed ephemerally by AI providers. Your email address is never sent to AI providers or used for model training.

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with essential infrastructure partners under strict data processing standards (including Cloudflare for edge security, error reporting, and operational monitoring). We may also disclose data if legally required by valid court order.

Some cloud infrastructure providers maintain operations internationally. In such cases, we rely on appropriate standard legal safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We only use strictly necessary technical session tokens essential to site stability. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or intrusive screen session recorders.

We employ strict technical and organizational safeguards — including TLS encryption in transit and edge isolation — to protect your data against unauthorized access.

Waitlist emails are retained until account provisioning or until you request deletion. Technical scan results are kept in aggregated form to evaluate domain readiness progress.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@getpronto.site. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the applicable data protection authority.

We may update this policy periodically. Any material modifications will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

This policy applies to all interactions with GetPronto during the beta phase.
